The sense of self-esteem may change from person to person moment to moment, based on appearance, abilities, or situations. The goal is to help young adults to recognize the strengths they have. We will be using the art approach in a game because creative art can have a significant effect on one’s self-esteem.
It is a creative traveling through human being’s intuition to guide oneself to a place of freedom where our inner child resides. From this mental state, colors appear to tell us what is most precious to our hearts. In order to reach a certain internal balance (liking or feeling good about yourself), to improve interpersonal and social abilities.
