Training

Many people have trouble managing their anger and fear. The goal is to help participants to understand and learn how to manage anger and how to shift from these emotions and relative moods to a more cooperative attitude.
The session challenges participants to make a conscious choice and to accept the consequences of their behavior. Giving choice and making them understand that they have the capability to make such reflection is empowering.
